TEACHER TEAM
Misaris
Sari and Misko:
Based in Bratislava, Slovakia, Sara is a physiotherapist and Michal a strength & conditioning coach.
Sara, a flamenco dancer, discovered acroyoga in high school and introduced Michal to it six years ago. Combining her experience with his diverse background, they quickly developed as a duo.
They’ve attended many international workshops and festivals, now teaching their favorite elements—whips, whip-pops, icarians, and F2F—blended into smooth flows. Passionate about handstands, Standings, Dance Acro, and fun “party tricks,” they teach playfully but with strong focus on technique and precise spotting.
Motto: „Focusing on perfecting the easy is more valuable than rushing through the hard.”
Acrospirit
Laura and Caspian:
Caspian and Laura are acro teachers who strive to be skilled in all areas of acro and love teaching students of all levels.
They enjoy the many challenges and disciplines of acroyoga, with skills in Icarians, Hand to Hands, Whips, Standing, Flows, Washing Machines, and Therapeutics, currently focusing on dynamic icarian and standing work.
With martial arts backgrounds, they emphasize safe exits, falling, and rolling in both their own practice and teaching. Their classes are technical, with detailed cues, smart progressions, personal coaching, and safety as a top priority. Caspian excels at analysing technical details, while Laura embodies refinements with enthusiasm and celebration, creating a balanced and powerful teaching dynamic.
Bali is their home base where they run the AcroSpirit community, and organise the AcroSpirit festival, and their Level 1 and 2 week long trainings. They also teach internationally and have taught at many amazing acro festivals across Europe and Asia.
Nicole & Olli:
Nicole:
With over 10 years of experience in gymnastics and 5 years in CrossFit, Nicole brings a strong foundation of strength, control, and body awareness into acrobatics. Movement has always been central to her life, driven by motivation, ambition, and a desire for growth. She thrives on challenges, especially complex acrobatic skills that test both body and mind. For Nicole, acro is more than movement, it’s about connection, trust, and teamwork. In her teaching, she creates a space where people can explore their potential, challenge themselves, and experience the joy of true collaboration.

As a traveling acro nomad and passionate generalist, he thrives on mastering and sharing a wide range of skills, from flowing L-base sequences to challenging standing acrobatics and dynamic icarians. Movement is at the core of his life—fueled by curiosity, creativity, and a constant desire to grow. For Olli, acro is more than physical practice; it’s about connection, trust, and the joy of shared discovery. In his teaching, he creates an inspiring space where students can explore their edges, build confidence, and experience the beauty of collaborative movement.
