WaMaMa - Washing Machine Madness
Kat & Kiljan
BOOK HERE
A whole event dedicated to Washing Machines.
What better place to enherit this knowledge then within the walls of the Acro Church and it’s surrounding garden and its little forest?!
Our goal is to give you the tools to get creative by yourself, get flowy on another level and combine things that the world hasn’t seen before. We had the impression washing machines got a bit out of sight in recent years with booming whips and icarians. This is a reminder that there are things to learn that can not be substituted with anything – be a good acro addict and follow your instinct!
Our international Teacher team:
- Manas & Mira from Sweden/Germany
- Rita & Matteo from Italy
- Kat & Kiljan from Belgium/Germany
Washing Machine Madness is not just a workshop weekend, it’s a full, wholesome experience.
Alongside our daily acro yoga workshops, we’ll enjoy:
✨ Guided morning mobility / meditation sessions
✨ Acro jams in the church hall
✨ Delicious homemade vegan meals
✨ Photoshoot in the church
✨ Bonfire hangout
✨ Optional quiet time in the rectory’s cozy corners
Feel free to join everything or choose your own flow, this weekend is about joy, movement, and community.
What’s the Plan:
WaMaMa! Washing Machine Madness ! The name says it all: we’re going to spin, flow, twist, and fly through the world of washing machines! We’ll explore new creations, foundational basics, and pure playful enjoyment.

Kat and Kiljan, Rita and Matteo, Manas and Mira
She has trained with amazing teachers and traveled the world to deepen her practice. But more than anything, she believes Acro is about community—creating a playful, safe space where everyone feels welcome to explore, express, and lift each other up (literally!).
IG: @mirayoga
Matteo discovered acroyoga after years of practicing yoga, rediscovering the joy of play, connection, and community. With 18 years of basketball experience, he developed strong coordination, explosiveness, reactivity, and discipline—skills he now brings into his acroyoga practice.
Acrofusion-certified and specializing in L-basing, Matteo loves flows, whippops, whiccarian, and icarian. For him, the only true competition is with one’s own fears and limitations, and his goal is to share acroyoga with as many people as possible through a training approach that encourages growth, fun, and expand this beautiful community.
Following her passion, she obtained her Masters degree in Sports and Movement Sciences as well as her teaching degree in 2016 at the University of Leuven. Afterwards she rolled into the circus-world and has been traveling- teaching – performing around Europe.
Achieving new skills let us all feel empowered – I really love it to be part of the moment in which people surprise themselves accomplishing a new skill that seemed to be out of reach.
